My vacuum cleaner was no longer performing like it did when I first bought it. I cleaned every movable part thoroughly and it would slightly improve but not like it use too. I was ready to ditch the thing, however, realising that the cleaner was bought only a couple of years ago and costing $1,000 I really needed to get to the bottom of the problem. I thought that maybe it needs a new filter so I got on line and found Sparts NZ had replacement filter I bought two which saved me 5% plus 1 postage. The packet arrived the next day, I was so impressed and amazed. Great service and certainly recommend this company. I’m a happy Sady again sucking just like it did when I first bought it.
