Shipping policy

For most items in stock we aim to ship within 1-2 business days.

For Rural Delivery - please select the rural delivery charge. We will not send orders if this is not correctly selected.

For some of our product, where described, the orders are sent direct from overseas suppliers. Please expect a minimum of 14-21 days for these.

In the case of any our of stocks or unexpected delays, we will endeavor to let you know. If you have any concerns please contact us.

For any order, you have the right to cancel at any time prior to tracking information being sent. Once tracking information is sent, please refer to our returns policy.

Preferred courier is CourierPost.

Pickup is on available by prior arrangement, we are located in Riverhead, Auckland. Please email us if this is preferred.
