I received the package in good order, although the razor head is different from what it was before. Because the individual blades don't detach, cleaning is difficult.

Rob Cameron A retailer referred me to the site and while i found the site did not flow that well the personal backup from one of the principals was first rate when I mistakenly ordered the wrong razor head which itself had arrived less than a day from ordering and to rural address to boot. The Principal personally followed through on the second order which was in my hand inside three days only because the weekend intervened.

It made lot of marks in my chin and it’s very soar when shaving .
Didn’t meet my requirements. I’d rather stick to original product from Philips .
