      Prior to purchasing, I reached out with a couple of questions. Allan was so so helpful, answering all of my questions happily and providing great advice. Products were dispatched quickly. Unfortunately (due to the length of the items ordered) they suffered a bit of damage during transit with the courier. Allan addressed this immediately, sending out replacements with the next courier. Customer service was stellar - I canā€™t rate it highly enough! Allan was lovely to deal with and his communication was quick. The product itself is great - Iā€™ve installed it all and it looks fantastic.

      Quality product that needs a quality LED strip

      The black diffuser is too dark for the LED strip light I had, as it's an RGBWW using 5050 + 3020 combo. The frosted diffuser is just right but doesn't look as good when the LED's are off, as the surround is black. Need to decide whether to just use the frosted or get a new LED strip with higher lumens. Probably the latter.

      Hey i am thinking of buying 3x 2M lengths of extrusion with warm White LED strip so do i get 6M of Led strip also. It doesnt specify thnaks

      Hi Harshil, when you select the 'with LED' strip option, we will supply 1m or 2m length of LED strip with the Alum channel. Thanks!
