I ordered the XM3’s by mistake (because Sony’s nomenclature is ridiculous), and Sparts did a flawless swap for the XM4’s no questions asked and lightening quick. It’s refreshing to engage with a company who trust their customers and are kind.
It’ll take a little getting used to the new ear pads after five years of wear on the others, but the install was quick and uncomplicated with a slender screwdriver to pop the clips. You only realise how far your originals have degraded until you replace them with plump new ones. They feel sturdy and broad.
