The new pads don’t block the noise as the original ones, but definitely a cheap option.

New ear pads are vertically the same. No instructions but I found a video on YouTube that showed how to do it.

The ear pads fit well and were easy to install. Not sure if they are oem, but they are so close to the original that I can't tell the difference. Arrived really fast. Would order again.
