Ordered a very fragile projector lamp which unfortunately got damaged in transit, contacted sparts day after I received the package, no quibbles, replacement sent out same day. I received a working lamp within 2 days.

The LED strips had black spots or parts of the strip that didn’t maintain the same colour as the rest
