So this adapter plugs into the car and then you can use the public charge stations like BP stations , Jolt and ChargeNet And plug into the adapter ?

Hi there, this adapters plus into a TYPE 1 car, and can then be used with TYPE 2 chargers - this is not usually BP, Jolt, ChargeNet though as these typically use CHADEMO / CSS which this adapter does not work with.
