Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint - Soft Dorsal Strap Splint for Heel & Arch Stretch

A soft, strap-style night splint that gently holds the foot flexed upward while you sleep, keeping the plantar fascia and Achilles on a light stretch so the first steps in the morning are easier. Unlike a rigid boot it's slim and quiet in bed, and the strap tension is adjustable. It can also be worn during the day inside a shoe for foot drop or Achilles stretching.

• Padded ankle cuff and forefoot band joined by an adjustable tension strap
• Perforated breathable fabric, soft against skin
• Fits left or right foot; one size adjustable (cuff 33cm, strap 37cm)
• Colour: black

In the box: 1 x night splint.

Start with light tension and increase over a few nights. Supports are not a substitute for medical advice.
